OverviewE-Commerce Specialist / Manager will be an individual contributor with direct ownership of the performance and growth of assigned e-commerce marketplaces and/or our DTC e-commerce website(s). You will leverage your expertise to create compelling product listings, develop effective pricing and promotional strategies, optimize product assortments, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining excellent account health.
Key Responsibilities- Assume direct responsibility for the management and performance of assigned third-party e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay) and/or DTC e-commerce website(s).
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and velocity within these channels.
- Create compelling and informative new product listings based on product priorities, use cases, and target buyer personas.
- Implement SEO best practices and relevant keywords to enhance product visibility and organic search rankings.
- Develop and implement data-driven (re) pricing strategies to optimize sales and profit margins.
- Plan and execute effective promotional campaigns to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize the product assortment within assigned channels for maximum sales, profitability, and inventory turnover.
- 3+ years of experience managing DTC e-commerce websites and/or third-party e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay).
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving profitability targets within online channels.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, marketplace policies, and online customer behavior.
- Experience with product listing creation, SEO principles, and keyword research.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
