As a Senior Account Manager – Activation, you will be a strategic partner supporting a diverse portfolio of clients, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver impactful media campaigns and ensure client satisfaction. Your role will involve building strong relationships, developing strategic media recommendations, and optimizing campaigns to meet client goals.

Cincinnati, OH (In‑office role; Chicago considered; remote options available if no other options)

• Support the Lead Account Manager and Account Executives by managing client relationships and campaign execution.
• Develop and present strategic media plans and recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including planning, monitoring, reporting, and invoicing.
• Utilize data insights to optimize campaign performance and identify cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve campaign issues and deliver innovative solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven digital media experience, with a focus on client management and campaign execution.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in publisher, agency, or retail environments preferred.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel (VLookUps, Pivot Tables).
