Director, Sponsorship Consulting

MKTG S+E is looking for a Director, Sponsorship Consulting with expertise in women’s sports and the NFL to work with our roster of Fortune 500 clients. This hybrid role reports into the VP, Sponsorship Consulting and offers an exciting opportunity to shape partnership strategy, activation, and rights holder management across major properties. You will lead a team of experienced marketers and serve as a strategic and creative partner to 2–3 clients, developing, executing, and measuring high‑impact programs.

This role plays a key part in building integrated strategies, managing relationships with key rights holders and media partners, and driving innovative marketing solutions for some of the biggest sponsors in women’s sports and the NFL.

* Qualifications:

** 6+ years of sponsorship consulting experience Experience managing sponsorship programs with other major sports & entertainment properties across multiple industry categories (CPG, Logistics, Financial Services, Auto) Knowledge of and experience with the full marketing / activation mix – social media, content marketing, influencers, experiential, media and marketing promotions

Comfort managing and delegating daily tasks to junior teammates while ensuring quality and timeliness of all deliverables The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
