• Leads quarterly organic marketing planning for assigned clients.
• Own task management and manage timelines of marketing campaigns with design team.
• Develop strategies and implement marketing campaigns on email, SMS, organic social media and other channels as assigned.
• Strategize, build and optimize email/SMS automation for efficient and effective email programs.
• Leverage segmentation strategies for optimal results and deliverability.
• Work with the Design team to create optimal, mobile-friendly email templates.
• Write email/SMS copy, produce simple creative images and videos. The Organic Marketing Specialist will also work with the design team for certain email campaigns and more complex creative needs.
• Work with clients to secure organic social posts and develop organic social content as needed across clients with design support as needed. This can include other channels owned by clients, as assigned.
• Ensure all assets are QA’d internally as well as seek client approval when required.
• Develop promotional discount strategy in collaboration with the Growth Strategy team. Own promotion code set up and execution.
• Strategize and add home page banners updates on assigned client accounts sites through Shopify.
• Monitor analytics weekly and produce monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports as needed. The Organic Marketing Strategist will also be responsible for presenting these reports to clients while also fielding questions about the results.
• Leverage data from multiple data sources, including email platforms, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc. to ensure we are hitting traffic targets, understand the customer journey and make strategic recommendations for constant improvement.
• Monitors competitor organic marketing programs to ensure we remain competitive.
• Constantly improve understanding of digital marketing (email, social, analytics, etc) through continuous research and training on a weekly basis. The Organic Marketing Strategist must maintain an ongoing understanding of industry changes (such as iOS
  15, email sender requirement changes, etc), standards and best practices and implement these changes in your day-to-day work. The Organic Marketing Strategist should also be able to effectively communicate these changes to clients and the internal team.
• Work closely with teammates and clients, establishing strong communication practices. The ideal candidate does not wait to be told what to do.

• BA/BSc in Marketing or related field.
• Ecommerce experience is a plus. Agency experience is also a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to self-teach if necessary.
• Proficiency with analytic tools such as Google Analytics.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain excellent colleague and client relationships.
