Position SummaryWe are seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to help organize promotional initiatives and coordinate marketing activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and wants to build practical experience in marketing coordination.
Responsibilities- Assist with coordinating promotional campaigns and marketing activities
- Organize campaign schedules, materials, and resources
- Help prepare displays and materials for promotional events
- Coordinate with team members to support timely campaign execution
Assist with customer engagement initiatives and promotional presentations - Gather customer feedback and share observations with the marketing team
- Maintain organized records of campaign activities and materials
- Help monitor project timelines and communicate updates
- Support the preparation and distribution of approved promotional materials
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in marketing, advertising, or promotions
- Ability to coordinate tasks and manage competing priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable collaborating with team members and interacting with customers
- Previous marketing, retail, event, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
