At Kinetic Marketing, we partner exclusively with nonprofits to help them grow their impact, strengthen their brand, and build lasting relationships with the people who support their causes. Our campaigns are built on real, personal connection – and our people are at the heart of every one of them.
We're growing our Cincinnati team and looking for Brand Marketing Associates who want to learn how successful campaigns are built, from the ground up. You'll start by representing our nonprofit partners in person and signing up new supporters, while developing the communication, marketing, and leadership skills that can open doors to greater responsibilities.
The Work- Represent nonprofit partners and bring their brand and mission to life through face-to-face campaigns.
- Engage with the public, share each cause's story, and sign up new donors and supporters.
- Gain insight into how campaigns operate, how goals are set, and how performance is measured.
- Contribute ideas on strategy and approach – at Kinetic, good ideas can come from anyone.
- Be part of a close, high-energy team that celebrates wins together.
- Confident communication and public speaking.
- Brand representation and marketing skills.
- Sales, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Business fundamentals, including goal-setting, performance, and campaign management.
- Leadership and people development skills.

No marketing, sales, or fundraising experience required. Our team welcomes people from customer service, hospitality, retail, events, marketing, and all kinds of other backgrounds.
The Details- Full-time, on-site in Cincinnati, OH.
- Weekly base pay plus performance-based incentives, including commissions.
- Hands-on training and ongoing mentorship.
