• Bachelor's Degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public policy, communications, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and progressive leadership experience in fundraising, public affairs, or strategic communications.
• 7–10 years of success leading fundraising strategy, securing major gifts, and managing high‑value portfolios.
• Ability to build and coach strong teams, craft compelling messages, and move big ideas forward with partners across sectors.
• Data‑savvy, creative, and confident engaging executives, donors, and community leaders alike.

Lead bold fundraising that fuels community impact. Grow major gifts and partnerships, secure multi‑year, multi‑million investments from individuals, foundations, corporations, and government. Oversee donor relations, grants, and campaigns that advance the Y’s mission. Build and manage a high‑performing team, strengthen systems for prospecting and stewardship, and champion collaboration across departments. As a key ambassador, tell the Y’s story, inspire giving, and ensure every dollar drives measurable change.
