ALL Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting students with disabilities in Catholic and faith‑based schools, creating inclusive educational environments that empower every student to thrive.

$30,000.00/hr - $60,000.00/hr

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including grants, individual donations, and annual giving campaigns.
• Research, write, and submit grant proposals to secure funding from foundations and government sources.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, fostering a culture of philanthropy within the organization.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan that leverages social media and other channels to raise awareness and drive engagement.
• Track fundraising progress and prepare reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Work closely with the board and staff to align fundraising efforts with the organization’s mission and goals.

• Proven experience in nonprofit development, including grant writing and individual donor cultivation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong marketing skills, particularly in social media strategy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for supporting students with disabilities and a commitment to our mission.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Development is a must.
• Familiarity with fundraising software and donor management systems.
