Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Night Shift

Meadowbrook Care Center, a leader in long-term care and rehabilitation, is hiring a compassionate, experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead and support our nursing team during the night shift. • Lead nursing operations and staff management overnight ensuring quality care and compliance
• Assist DON with department oversight and policy adherence
• Oversee Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) processes including assessments, care plans, and quality meetings
• Manage staff recruitment, training, licensing, and scheduling
  
  Respond proactively to clinical and operational issues during the night shift
• Facilitate communication and care continuity with day shift teams

• Valid Ohio RN license required
• 3+ years experience in nursing leadership, preferably in long-term care
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to work full-time night shifts (typically 11 PM – 7 AM)
