• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents following established care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time

• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the physician

• Supervise and guide Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulation standards

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide resident-centered care

• Nursing degree (ASN, BSN, or diploma) from an accredited college or program

• Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or valid multi-state RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Strong understanding of clinical nursing principles, long-term care regulations, and quality standards

• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to provide exceptional care

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and well-being
