Lincoln Crawford Care Center seeks dedicated LPNs to deliver safe, therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge. Collaborate with physicians, families, and the multi-disciplinary healthcare team in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting. Night shift LPNs ensure quality care during overnight hours in a resident-centered environment.

• Provide direct nursing care per resident plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation

• Supervise day-to-day activities of Nursing Assistants

• Monitor resident conditions and notify physician of any changes

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and long-term care regulations

• Nursing degree from an accredited program or college/university

• Current, unencumbered Ohio LPN license or multi-state license

• Current CPR certification

• Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations

• Excellent written and verbal communication and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work tactfully with interdisciplinary teams, residents, families, visitors, and agencies

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for night shift demands
