We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team. In this role, you will triage patient’s needs, create and manage a plan of care for individual patients. You are a skilled clinician who operates with great attention to detail and compassion, taking pride in creating personalized care plans and effectively communicating patient needs.

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
• Previous hospice experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred but not mandatory
• Commitment to excellence in clinical care and customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/CPR certification required
