• Direct the daily functions of nursing assistants in accordance with facility rules and guidelines.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning shift activities.
• Ensure an adequate supply of medications, supplies, and equipment; report needs to the nursing supervisor.
• Place phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions.
• Pull and prepare patient charts; perform general office duties as required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Must be licensed as an LPN, with current and unencumbered licensure.

$30‑32 per hour.
