Nurse Manager, Critical Care

Are you an ICU leader ready to take the next big step? This 200-bed independent, non-profit Level III Trauma hospital within a short drive of Cincinnati is expanding its ICU and looking for a transformational ICU Nurse Manager to guide the team through growth.

This is a high-acuity, busy 20 bed Med/Surg/CVICU that supports nearly every major surgery except transplants. You’ll lead a team of ~70 FTEs with experienced Assistant Nurse Managers at your side and plans for a dedicated ICU Educator.

• Compensation up to $135K base + $15K relocation

• Current RN license (Ohio or eligible)

• BSN required;
  Master’s degree preferred

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in leadership

• Strong ICU background; CVICU experience a plus but not required

• Specialty certification (CCRN or similar) preferred

• Hands-on, visible leader who effectively balances accountability with compassion
