Surgical Services Director; RN

Nealy Pierce has been engaged by a growing independently owned community hospital near Cincinnati, OH to recruit an inspirational and dynamic Surgical Services Director (RN) to join its leadership team.

• Competitive annual salary up to $130k + Director level bonus incentive up to 10%

• The Director, Perioperative Services (RN) will have 24 hour accountability for the daily management and strategic direction of the department and be well supported by a Nurse Manager and team of Team Leaders / Charge RNs
• The Department performs a wide variety of surgical procedures including general, GYN, orthopedic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, podiatry, plastics, and endoscopy
• Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer

• BSN required / Master's preferred
• RN Active License State of Ohio
• Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
• Minimum (2) years experience of surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above
• Adaptable, inspirational and results oriented leader
• Ability to scrub and circulate is a plus
• Data driven
