Location: Sharonville, Ohio
Schedule: Full‑Time, 9‑Hour Shifts
Shift Details:
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)
- Standby Holiday Rotation
- Standby every 3rd weekend
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the nursing team during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, high‑quality care.
- Mentor, train, and guide nursing staff to foster growth and confidence.
- Collaborate with physicians, the Medical Director, and the Director of Nursing to align care plans.
- Coordinate across departments to meet the diverse needs of residents and respite guests.
- Manage staffing coverage to maintain efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Support orientation and ongoing education to uphold compliance and enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing as an RN or LPN
- Prior leadership experience required;
Nursing Supervisor experience preferred - Successful completion of a knowledge assessment and skills demonstration
