• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state – Ohio nursing jobs preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent CVICU or critical care nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in the CVICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to advanced cardiac treatments
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and operate advanced cardiac monitoring equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on cardiac procedures, recovery, and ongoing care needs
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for patients and colleagues
