Surgery Center Administrator

Overview

Insight Global is looking to add an Administrator to their client's location in the Cincinatti, OH area. This person will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations. This is a large and well-known facility in the area with 3 ORs and 2 procedure rooms.

Each month, they have anywhere from 600-700 cases. The candidate in this role with fit between the salary range of $125,000-$150,000 depending on experience.

• Direct, coordinate, and control all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility.
• Aim to efficiently provide surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
• Work in a large facility with 3 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms with a monthly case volume of 600-700.

• 3+ Management within an Ambulatory Surgery Center environment (ASC).
• Ability to work well with physicians, employees, and patients. Multi-specialty experience.
• Managed a large center.
