RN Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately

• Monitor and assess resident conditions, reporting changes promptly

• Document care and communicate effectively with team members

• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the State of Ohio (Required)

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care

• Reliable, responsible, and ready to make a difference
