Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care needs such as bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility

• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and well-being

• Maintain a clean and safe environment

• Communicate changes or needs to the nursing team

• Support overall resident care as directed

Requirements

• Active Ohio STNA Certification required

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Compassionate, team-oriented attitude
