As a CNA at Harrison Pavilion, you’ll foster a supportive, positive environment for residents, visitors, families, and your team. You will work closely under the supervision of RNs and LPNs, reporting directly to the Director of Nursing.

• Deliver attentive daily care: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance, repositioning, and more.

• Uphold resident rights, dignity, and safety; communicate respectfully and report concerns promptly.

• Follow all CCH Corporation policies and procedures.

• Complete required documentation and assist with other responsibilities as needed.

• Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification.

• Strong communication, people skills, and ability to use proper lift techniques and equipment.
