Nightshift; Certified Nursing Assistant STNAs

Harrison Pavilion located in the heart of Cincinnati, OH is seeking experienced Full-Time Night shift (STNAs) CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) .

7pm-7am

Position Summary:

As a Harrison Pavilion CNA (CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT) , you will enjoy working in an environment that promotes professional growth and development. STNA individuals are responsible for caring for the residents under the direction and supervision of a RN/LPN. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

Essential Functions of CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) :

· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

· Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.

· Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.

· Adhere to all policies and procedure of CCH Corporation.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) ) certification required.

• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
