Health & Wellness Leader

• Ensure all physicians’ orders are signed, filed, and followed correctly.
• Monitor controlled medications, medicine cabinets, and the electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR).
• Conduct periodic chart reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Observe and train DSPs in safe medication administration.
• Provide hands‑on coaching to ensure quality medical support for individuals.
• Serve as a resource for staff questions related to health and medical care.

Client‑Centered Care

• Complete quarterly medical assessments for all individuals under your care.
• Accompany individuals to specialty appointments, advocating for their health needs.
• Promote independence while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.

• Preferred experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities; willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience overseeing medication administration and supporting DSPs in medical care.
• Willingness to participate in
  on‑call rotations
  for reporting and support purposes.
• Valid LPN license and proof of education.
• Good driving record (5 points or fewer), reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
