Harrison Pavilion is currently hiring a compassionate and detail-oriented Weekend Night Shift RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during 8-hour weekend night shifts. This position focuses on leadership, safety, and maintaining consistent care quality for residents overnight.
Position Overview – Weekend Night Shift RN Supervisor
The Weekend Night Shift RN Supervisor provides direction and oversight to nursing staff throughout the night. The RN Supervisor ensures clinical quality, promotes a calm and organized environment, and serves as the key decision-maker for any resident or staff needs that arise.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure high standards of resident care.
- Support clinical decisions, documentation, and communication between shifts.
- Monitor resident conditions and initiate appropriate interventions when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal health regulations.
- Promote teamwork, integrity, and safety during overnight shifts.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license and CPR certification.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least one year of experience as an RN, preferably in long-term care.
