Harrison Pavilion is seeking an experienced Weekday Night Shift RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during 8-hour weekday night shifts. This leadership position ensures safe, high-quality resident care while guiding the nursing team and maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

The Weekday Night Shift RN Supervisor provides overnight supervision of the nursing department, ensuring that care delivery meets facility standards and residents’ needs are promptly addressed. The RN Supervisor works collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff to maintain effective communication and smooth operations.

• Lead and support nursing staff throughout the night shift.
• Oversee care delivery, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to emergencies, evaluate conditions, and coordinate with physicians.
• Encourage teamwork and professional development among staff.
• Maintain resident dignity, safety, and satisfaction.

• Active RN license in Ohio and current CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in LTC or supervisory roles.

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership presence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and make confident clinical decisions at night.
