As an Assistant Director of Nursing
, you will be an essential part of our leadership team, ensuring high‑quality care for our residents while supporting and mentoring our nursing staff.

• Providing clinical leadership and assisting the Director of Nursing in managing and improving patient care quality.
• Mentoring and training staff
  , fostering professional growth and teamwork.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with state and federal healthcare standards.
• Developing a positive work culture that prioritizes resident care and staff development.

• Current RN License in Ohio (required).
• At least two years of nursing leadership experience (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar role).
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
