Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants
- Monitor patients' conditions and notify physicians of any changes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program or college/university
- Current, unencumbered, active OH RN license or multi-state license
- Current CPR certification
