RN (Registered Nurse) Dayshift FT (Full Time) - Cincinnati, Ohio

At Clovernook Healthcare, LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents and honoring our mission to "Nursing Care | Rehabilitation | Long-Term Care". We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse on our Dayshift team, you will be accountable for providing exceptional care to our residents, working in collaboration with the physician, family, and other members of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising Nursing Assistants, monitoring patient's condition, and notifying the physician of any changes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the resident plan of care, including but not limited to medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
  • Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
  • Monitor patient's condition and notify the physician of any changes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
  • A current, unencumbered, active OH RN (Registered Nurse) license and current CPR certification.
Skills and Qualities:
  • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements that pertain to long-term care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to deal tactfully with a team of inter-disciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
