Our Part-Time Day Shift Psychiatric RN position is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated nurse who wants to provide high-quality behavioral health care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

During the day, you’ll work closely with patients, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to promote safety, stability, and progress throughout the patient’s treatment journey. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will help patients feel supported, heard, and cared for.

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and promptly respond to changes in patient condition.

Administer medications and treatments while monitoring effectiveness and patient response.

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment through observation, engagement, and patient education.

Coordinate nursing care throughout the day and provide guidance and support to the care team as needed.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, providers, therapists, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs.

Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education, support, and encouragement throughout treatment.

• 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
• Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.

Ability to work independent on day shift

Must be 21 or older
New graduate RNs welcome

Accurately document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and outcomes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
