Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Maple Grove in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
- Night Shift to support our residents and nursing team overnight. This is a working supervisor role
, meaning the RN Supervisor will work a nursing cart and provide direct resident care while also serving as the clinical leader for the shift.
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
- Night Shift
Location: Maple Grove
- Cincinnati, OH
Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Shift Type: Full-Time Nights
Role Type: Working RN Supervisor (Nursing Cart Included)
Key Responsibilities - RN Supervisor (Night Shift)- Work a nursing cart and provide direct resident care during the shift
- Administer medications, complete treatments, and perform assessments
- Supervise and support nursing staff overnight
- Serve as the clinical and operational leader from 7pm-7am
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and standards of care
- Coordinate with on-call providers, physicians, and ancillary departments
- Assist with documentation oversight, incident reporting, and clinical follow-up
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable managing a nursing cart while supervising staff
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently overnight
