We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team and deliver high-quality resident care while collaborating with our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plan of care, supervise Nursing Assistants, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants
• Monitor patients' conditions and notify physicians of any changes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program or college/university
• Current, unencumbered, active OH RN license or multi-state license
• Current CPR certification

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• 1+ years of experience in long-term care or a related setting
