Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Hospice Care

Peace Bridge Hospice is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands‑on care and support to hospice patients throughout the Cincinnati area.

Hospice experience is preferred.

• Provide compassionate personal care to hospice patients

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Help maintain patient comfort and dignity

• Observe patients and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Work closely with nurses and other members of the hospice care team

• Provide respectful, patient-centered care

• Follow individualized plans of care and appropriate documentation requirements

• Travel to patient locations throughout the assigned Cincinnati area

• Current CNA certification

• Hospice experience preferred

• Previous home health, long-term care, skilled nursing, or patient‑care experience is a plus

• Compassionate and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently with patients

• Reliable transportation for local travel
