Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ResponsibilitiesAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and identify changes in condition
Communicate changes in resident condition to appropriate clinical staff
Complete nursing documentation accurately and timely
Follow individualized resident care plans
Work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as assigned
Maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort
Communicate professionally with residents and family members
Follow facility policies and applicable nursing standards
Deliver compassionate, high-quality, resident-centered care
Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Previous experience in skilled nursing, nursing home, rehabilitation, long-term care, healthcare, or senior care preferred
Strong clinical and nursing skills
Compassion for elderly and geriatric residents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable attendance and dependability
Team-oriented attitude
Commitment to providing high-quality resident care
Ability to work assigned shifts and required weekend rotations
