As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents

• Assess and monitor resident conditions

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Identify and communicate changes in resident condition

• Complete nursing documentation accurately and timely

• Follow and help implement individualized resident care plans

• Supervise and support nursing staff as assigned

• Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as assigned

• Maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort

• Communicate professionally with residents and family members

• Follow facility policies and applicable nursing standards

• Deliver compassionate, high‑quality, resident-centered care

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, nursing home, rehabilitation, long‑term care, healthcare, or senior care preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills

• Compassion for elderly and geriatric residents

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable attendance and dependability

• Strong teamwork and leadership skills

• Commitment to providing high‑quality resident care

• Ability to work assigned shifts and required weekend rotations
