As a Registered Nurse at Fountain View, you’ll play an important role in providing quality nursing care and supporting our residents, families, and care team.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide professional nursing care according to resident needs and care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions

• Communicate changes in resident condition to appropriate members of the clinical team

• Work closely with CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing staff

• Communicate professionally with residents, families, physicians, and team members

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life

• Support a positive, collaborative nursing environment

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
