Nightshift Supervisor

Harrison Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Care, a leading healthcare provider in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Night shift Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during 8-hour weekend night shifts. As a key member of our team, you will provide direction and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring high standards of resident care and promoting a calm and organized environment.

As a Night shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, supporting clinical decisions, monitoring resident conditions, and maintaining compliance with facility, state, and federal health regulations. You will also promote teamwork, integrity, and safety during overnight shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and experience as a Nurse (RN or LPN) to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure high standards of resident care
• Support clinical decisions, documentation, and communication between shifts
• Monitor resident conditions and initiate appropriate interventions when necessary
• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal health regulations
• Promote teamwork, integrity, and safety during overnight shifts

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license and CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• At least one year of experience in long-term care
