Care Center – Cincinnati is seeking veterinarians passionate about working in emergency medicine for our 6-month training and mentorship program. We are looking for individuals who are team oriented, driven, reflective, and reliable.
OverviewThe ER Immerse Training Program is designed to prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. It is different from traditional rotating internship programs and focuses on a curriculum of core competencies essential for an emergency veterinarian.
Program Details- 6-month training program beginning June 2026
- 18-month commitment as an ER clinician following training
- Care Center – Cincinnati: 6995 E Kemper Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45249
- Care Center – Dayton: 6421 Clyo Road, Centerville, OH 45459
- 5-day work week consisting of 4 clinical days, 1 didactic day, and 2 days off each week
- Rotate with other specialty services during the training program:
Emergency, Critical Care, Cardiology, Integrative Medicine, Oncology, Medical Oncology, Surgery, and Radiology - Surgical training
- Always work with a dedicated mentor on shifts
- Excellent post-training schedule: 3-day work week, no more than 3 shifts in a row, always 2 days off between working
- Competency-based curriculum including asynchronous learning on Vetbloom and weekly live virtual didactic rounds
- Regular live continuing education events led by specialists and experienced emergency doctors

- Work authorization in the United States is a requirement for the position. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the company, but candidates eligible for TN status may be considered.
