As a Crew Leader
, you'll combine fieldwork with leadership—ensuring high-quality service, efficient workflow, and team success across our enhancement projects. If you have a background in landscaping and want to grow into leadership, this is your next step.

• Lead a crew of 1–4 members and be responsible for overseeing daily landscaping operations
• Ensure quality control and project standards
• Train and supervise crew members
• Perform and guide tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
• Perennial bed maintenance
• Equipment operation and upkeep
• Maintain a safe, efficient worksite
• Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment

• Valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
• At least 20 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience
• Familiarity with tools such as hand saws, pruners, mowers, weed eaters, and blowers
• Experience supervising a small team or crew
