With a dedicated team boasting decades of experience and a loyal, multigenerational client base, we’re looking for an associate veterinarian to help us continue our tradition of exceptional care.

• Over a Century of Trust & Community Roots: Established in 1914, Lewis Animal Hospital has cared for generations of pets and their families. Many of our clients are second- and third-generation, driving from up to an hour away because of the genuine relationships they’ve built with our team. That legacy of trust gives you a built-in, loyal client base who values your expertise and compassion.
• Exceptional Team Longevity & Culture: Our staff’s tenure speaks volumes — many team members have been with us for 17, 19, even 32 years. This stability creates a workplace where you’re supported, heard, and part of something lasting. • Modern Facility with Advanced Technology: In 2021, we moved into a brand-new 10,000 sq. ft. hospital, complete with six exam rooms, a dedicated dental suite with two tables, digital and dental radiography, surgical and therapy lasers, and full in-house lab capabilities. It’s a state-of-the-art environment designed to help you practice high-quality medicine efficiently and comfortably.
• Mentorship, Growth, and Future Ownership Potential: Whether you’re a new grad seeking guidance or an experienced DVM ready for the next step, you’ll find growth opportunities here. Dr. Les has mentored several veterinarians and customizes training to each doctor’s needs — no “sink or swim” mentality here! Plus, for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, there’s a pathway to partnership or ownership as part of our long-term succession plan.

• Salary: $110,000 – $150,000
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
