Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:45 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility during higher volume season

Ziehler Lawn Care is growing and looking for motivated Lawn Care Technicians who take pride in their work and enjoy being outdoors. In this role, you’ll deliver professional lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest services while serving as a trusted, friendly face to our residential customers. As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service:

• Provide lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest treatments to residential properties
• Drive company vehicles on local routes and safely operate application equipment
• Perform property evaluations and make service recommendations based on lawn conditions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers at each visit
• Document service details, property conditions and customer notes using mobile devices
• Identify opportunities for additional services, earning commission on produced work
• Collaborate with Lawn Care Specialists, Sales Specialists and Customer Experience team members

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Team player who collaborates well with others while also working independently
• Successful completion of a criminal background check

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk approximately 8–12 miles per day
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, and light rain)
• Saturday availability may be required based on weather conditions
