Pleasant Ridge is a fun neighborhood just north of downtown Cincinnati, with a vibrant business district, restaurants, a brewery, and small shops nearby. Many of our clients have been with us for 10 years or more, and stop by on their dogs’ walks for a treat and a scratch. We love our clients and have a very local client base, but we also draw clients from all over the city due to our great reputation and excellent doctors.

Our technical and support staff are hard working and dedicated, freeing you up for diagnostics and client communication. We encourage our support staff to grow professionally, and actively train and mentor support staff who desire additional education and licensure.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of medical and surgical experience, but more recent graduates are welcome to apply. Interest in behavior, dentistry, or exotic pets is a bonus. Daily work is split between appointments in the main hospital, cat clinic, and surgery/dentistry, according to each doctor’s preferences and individual skills.

We are a Fear Free practice, with a separate Cat Care Clinic and full technology support to care for our patients, including digital radiology, ultrasound, modern dental equipment, Class IV therapy laser, paperless medical records, in house lab equipment, and more. We have a 4:1 staff to doctor ratio so that you can focus on diagnostics and client communication. Our doctors regularly collaborate on cases and communication is excellent.

We prioritize the health and well-being of our team. Our standard full time work week for all staff members is four 8–9-hour days, plus one Saturday morning per month. We do not see emergencies after hours. We offer a competitive salary, based on production and commensurate with experience. In addition to that, we offer:
