Safety Coordinator

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Safety Specialist to support plant safety, OSHA compliance, contractor safety, and maintenance-related safety programs. This is a day-shift opportunity with strong growth potential.

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the facility.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Support OSHA compliance, LOTO, machine guarding, contractor safety, and high-risk work programs.
• Deliver safety training and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams on safety initiatives.
• Utilize safety software and computer-based reporting systems.

• 2+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
• CSP or ASP certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
