• Strategic Quality Leadership – Provide strategic direction for the quality assurance department and align initiatives with the company’s mission.
• Develop and execute quality strategies and continuous improvement plans.
• Quality Control and Assurance – Oversee development and implementation of comprehensive quality control processes, conduct regular audits and inspections.
• Quality Training and Education – Develop and deliver training programs for construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, promoting a culture of quality.
• Safety and Compliance – Work with safety teams to align safety and quality initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Documentation and Reporting – Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Quality Improvement Initiatives – Identify improvement areas and lead corrective and preventive action plans.
• Client Relations – Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client concerns and ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
• Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
• Valid Certified Welding Inspector with active certification.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction quality assurance, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality control processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Exceptional quality leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
