Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance and Food Safety Sanitarian at Flik, you'll play an integral role in ensuring world‑class food and workplace safety. This opportunity invites you to join a team dedicated to excellence and innovation in food service. Your expertise will help achieve flawless operations.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

• Promote, implement, maintain, and verify QA and safety reporting standards
• Provide written feedback to unit managers and chefs regarding non‑compliance observations
• Work with managers to find solutions to QA challenges and crises
• Liaise with clients, senior management, unit managers, and chefs on all QA issues
• Participate in all BOH inspections and external audits
• Train associates on all QA policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of food service experience required
• 2 years of food safety inspection/auditing experience recommended
• Knowledge of FDA food code required
• Serve Safe certification required
• CP‑FS credential recommended
• 10‑hour OSHA certification recommended
• Ability to manage time efficiently and complete projects diligently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; calm and effective during crisis situations
• Attention to detail, planning, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and demonstrate good judgment
