WHAT

YOU’LL BE DOING

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Quality Manager will oversee and enhance the company’s quality management system, with a focus on U.S. facility process development, implementation, and supplier quality programs. This role includes establishing and executing inspection methods, defining product standards, conducting process audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. By leading the quality team and collaborating cross-functionally, the Quality Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of product reliability, supplier quality, and customer satisfaction.

IDEAL

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality management within a consumer goods manufacturing environment.
  • At least two (2) years of experience managing people and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and customer web-based portals.
  • Proven track record of implementing quality systems and supplier quality programs.
  • Experience in process development and process optimization within U.S. facilities.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) and experience with Lean manufacturing principles are a plus.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
