Ditsch USA is seeking a FSQA Senior Technician for the Cincinnati facility. You will serve as the primary quality and food safety resource on your shift, guiding FSQA Technicians and supporting the FSQA Supervisor with monitoring production, inspections, and corrective actions.
Responsibilities include audits, CCP verification, product holds, investigations, and cross‑functional improvement projects. 3–5 years in food manufacturing quality is preferred, with HACCP/GMP experience highly desirable.
