Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Commercial Property Manager to manage all aspects of the building operations and tenant satisfaction for a real estate portfolio of retail and office properties.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations.
  • Supervise vendors and engage in negotiations for contract bidding.
  • Identify issues and make recommendations to improve maintenance programs and operational efficiency of properties.
  • Manage on‑site maintenance employees/contractors, where applicable.
  • Assist in the supervision of tenant improvement and capital improvement projects.
  • Assist with preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Perform regular property site inspections.
  • Approve invoices for payment.
  • Assist in monitoring and collection of accounts receivable.
  • Review monthly financial results and provide narratives regarding property performance.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of CAM reconciliations.
  • Administrate and enforce commercial leases.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Prefer bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Frequent travel required.
  • Positive attitude and customer service focus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate leases and agreements.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong technical, problem solving and negotiation skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office programs.
