About the Role
This is a 100% commissioned, 1099 role with unlimited earning potential. The position is located in our Cincinnati, OH office and is onsite five days per week. A real estate license is required and can be completed in conjunction with training. As an independent contractor, the role is not eligible for company paid benefits or visa sponsorship.

- Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business & career goals.
- Contract and advise clients on individualized real estate investment strategies.
- Prepare thoughtful property analyses: broker opinions of value, comparables.
- Market exclusive listings to qualified buyers.
- Prospect new client relationships and referral sources.
- Negotiate offers, listing agreements, purchase & sales agreements.
- Participate in training and skills‑development workshops.
- Research ownership records, market data, industry trends.
- Attend networking & industry events, connect with professionals.
