Senior Property Manager

Columbia Ridge Management is a locally-owned multifamily management company with 120 units across Cincinnati, and we're actively growing. We believe in quality housing, responsible stewardship, and resident-first service.

This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with the owners. You'll run daily operations, lead our maintenance team, and show units. Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance through team leadership, leasing, maintenance oversight, and budget management. Tenant-focused role in a growing, service-driven firm.

• Oversee leasing, renewals, resident relations, and marketing
• Lead day-to-day operations: resident relations, renewals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease enforcement
• Lead our maintenance team and vendors, from work orders and preventive maintenance to turns and renovations
• Monitor P&L, budgets, capex projects, and compliance
• Conduct property inspections and resolve issues promptly
• Build better systems in App Folio and help the owners plan for growth

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience, including leading maintenance staff or vendors
• Strong financial skills: collections, budgets, P&L, and Excel
• App Folio experience preferred (similar software considered)
• Strong leadership, communication, and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Comfort with evening and weekend showings; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• CAM, ARM, or CPM a plus; background check and drug screen required
