As a Senior Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you will oversee the coordination of routine work activities for service employees in food operations including fast, casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes.

• Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attend work and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, varying by account and client needs.

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to a health‑safe working environment.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience; previous supervisory experience preferred.
